Start with the easy things
We understand that technology doesn't always work as expected and it can be frustrating. If the Internet service is not working as you expect, there are some simple things you can do that often fixes things:
- A good first step is checking if you can get to Google.
(If you can get to Google then the Internet is probably working OK, the the site you are trying to cisit may be having a problem.)
- If the service is spotty or slow, toggle the WiFi on your device off & on.
(Toggling the WiFi on your device ensures you are connected to the nearest WiFi AP.)
